Belgian Waffles
Our thick and crispy waffles are made fresh to order and served with butter and syrup.

Omelets
Our fluffy three-egg omelets, served with a side of hash brown potatoes.

Eggs Benedict Adobe Style
Two eggs poached, served on top of thinly sliced Canadian bacon, English muffins, and topped with Adobe Queso. Served with a side of hash brown potatoes.

Eggs Migas
Three eggs scrambled with fried tortilla strips and topped with Monterrey Jack cheese. Accompanied with refried beans and hash brown potatoes. We can add pico de gallo upon request!

Huevos Rancheros
Our classic Mexican breakfast, two eggs over easy served over fried corn tortillas with ranchero sauce. Served with refried beans and hash brown potatoes.
